Our ready meals are prepared fresh daily. Here’s how to store and enjoy them at their best:
- Keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days of purchase.
- If freezing, store in the freezer and consume within 3 months.
- Before cooking: Defrost thoroughly if frozen.
- Do not freeze once defrosted.
Microwave Cooking Instructions:
- Microwave from chilled. This product is not suitable for microwaving from frozen.
- Leave the lid slightly open when reheating.
- Place in the center of the microwave and reheat on full power.
- For 800W microwave: Heat for 5 minutes and 30 seconds.
- For 900W microwave: Heat for 5 minutes.
- After cooking: Check that food is piping hot and allow to stand for 1 minute before eating.
- Do not reheat once cooled.

About Us
As a furloughed chef, my passion for cooking was being suppressed. I needed to make food! On a Friday and Saturday evening, I began serving from my home kitchen. As it gained traction, I invested in a large BBQ and gazebo, as restrictions eased, we hit the road! Pop-ups and private events were so much fun! When the opportunity arose to take on a cafe around the corner from my childhood home, I jumped at it!
The cafe has been a work in progress, from decorating to tinkering with the menu to get it just right. Myself and the team strive to ensure our customers are not just served great food but have a dining experience to match!
